Honoring where you are. Championing what’s emerging.

I am a data-driven, ICF-certified coach with over 15 years of experience across IT, financial services, nonprofits, and government consulting, bringing a thoughtful, systems-oriented approach to leadership development and organizational growth.

I started my career supporting talent initiatives at the D. E. Shaw Group, where I launched and scaled an internal coaching initiative for 300+ managers. Later, I co-led strategy and execution for a $750K+ U.S. federal healthcare contract, supporting learning for ~4,000 customer service professionals.

Over the years, my coaching journey has been enriched by working with a diverse clientele, including entrepreneurs, early- to mid-career professionals, senior leaders, parents, and women returning to work after a break.

I hold a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and a certificate in Organization Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University. I am certified to administer the MBTI and Hogan suite of personality assessments.

Having worked in both India and the United States and coached clients across cultures, functions, and complex organizational environments, I bring a global lens and strong cultural sensitivity to my work.

Outside of coaching, you can find me painting, or slowing down with my children—playing, reading, and soaking up the everyday moments.
